The world’s fastest man needed equipment that could keep up. SOUL was evolving and sought to aid those in the sport and fitness world. ‘SOUL of Greatness’ aimed to inspire and demonstrate how dedication and focus help to enable the achievement of greatness.

Music can encourage athletes to work harder during exercise and for extended periods of time, but if the device delivering the music couldn’t keep up it defeated the purpose.

Bolt’s input in the design process focused mostly on functionality, color scheme, and style, but he was also very concerned with the way the products felt and fit. Aside from his own Bolt Edition of the SL300’s and Combat Series, this collaboration helped create the Run Free Bluetooth headphones that catered to Bolt’s needs and freed him any wires that would slow him down.
