RETURNED ITEMS MUST:

-Be in new condition

-Include all accessories

-Have original packaging

-Have the serial number or UPC (barcode)

-Include all the free gift items (if applicable)

SOUL Return Policy does not cover purchases for Accessories, Spare Parts, Replacement Parts items from our web store. SOUL’s full warranty policy is available here.

 

RETURNING A PRODUCT

Follow these steps to return a product purchased from soulnation.com:

Email Consumer Support to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Pack the product in its original product packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. We recommend customers to insure their return shipment as Soul is not responsible if the return package is lost and without tracking number for proof of the delivery.

If you do not have the original product box or packaging, mention this to the Consumer Support representative.

Once we assign an RMA number to you, you should return the item back to our warehouse immediately and must ship out the package within 10 days. If failed to ship out within 10 days, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund. Be sure to use a reliable shipping service provider such as UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service.

Customers need to return the item at their own cost.

Send the tracking number of your return shipment to our customer service.

The shipping fee on the order is non-refundable. 

PRODUCT RECEIVED

Once the return is received and verified, we will send a confirmation email and credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, or other forms of payment used in the original transaction. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be processed within 30 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
