Android Central published a standalone feature review of SYNC Pro which turned out highly positive. The reviewer, Jennifer Locke, noted that SYNC Pro has “unprecedented battery life,” and added that they “became the perfect partner when I went outside for walks.” While she did note that “the microphone call quality can be hit or miss,” overall, she was thoroughly impressed with the product and concluded: “With automatic pairing, an IPX5 rating, superb audio quality, and insane battery life, there's a lot to love about the SOUL SYNC Pro,” awarding the product a 4/5 star rating.
