      How to Reset

       

      Make sure you remove the Bluetooth profile on your device first before resetting

      Step 1
      Make sure your SYNC PRO is charged before resetting


      Step 2
      Place both earbuds into the charging case and hold the reset button for 15s on the side of the case (The LED on your SYNC PROs will turn off)


      Step 3
      Remove your SYNC PRO out of the charging case and they will automatically go into pairing mode

      Your SYNC PRO is now ready to be connected to your Bluetooth device.
