          FAQ

          No Sound 

          • Make sure both earbuds are charged and connected to your bluetooth device. 
          • Press play to make sure audio is playing.

          No Sound from One Side

          • Reset the earbuds inside the charging case (follow instructions from “How to Reset”)

          Poor Sound Quality

          • Make sure both earbuds are charged and connected to your bluetooth device. 
          • Make sure both eartips fit snugly and securely in your ear.
          • Try different sound output settings on your device or music app.
          • Clear any debris or wax buildup from the eartips.
          • Reset the earbuds inside the charging case (follow instructions from “How to Reset”)

          How to Switch between ANC, Audio Transparency, and Normal Mode?

          • Simply press and hold the “SOUL” touch button on the earbud for about 2 seconds until the proper voice prompt comes on. (ie. Audio Transparency On)

          Vibration Noise is heard with ANC On.

          • When using your earbuds with ANC ON while walking or running the sound of vibrations may be heard through your body.  This is normal and is not a malfunction.  

          Recommendation : Turn off ANC mode or try a looser fit eartip. 

          • When using your earbuds with ANC ON in an environment with unstable/bumpy air current (ie. on buses), you may experience a popping/vibrating sound.  This is not a malfunction. 

          Recommendation: Turn off ANC mode or try a looser fit eartip. 


          Strong Wind Noise is heard with ANC/Transparency Mode On.

          • When the ANC or the Audio Transparency Mode is set to ON, wind noise may become louder depending on the surrounding environment. 

          Recommendation: Turn off ANC/Audio Transparency Mode and use Normal Mode.

          ANC mode does not work during phone calls or video calls.


          Multipoint Not Working

          • If you are unable to find the second device for multipoint connection:
            • 1. Reset your earbuds, take them out from the charging case and search for Bluetooth devices on the two devices you want to connect with (you can do it within 90 secs). 
            • 2. Tap on the touch switch 4 times, that will put you into a separate pairing mode for you to find the second device.  Follow pairing instructions to connect.
